Brand in the age of abundant content
When content becomes effectively free to produce, the scarce things are clarity and credibility. That is really what this cluster is about. Positioning is the decision about what you are and who you are for. Category design is the harder, rarer work of changing the frame people use to evaluate you at all.
From there, brand strategy covers the deliberate choices that make a company recognizable over time, brand as a growth lever is my argument for treating brand as a compounding commercial asset rather than a cost center, and brand humanity is where I make the case that the most valuable thing a company can protect in an AI-saturated market is evidence that real people are behind the work.
